About the app. DP Boss is a quiz application for playing quizzes and answering questions. It does not provide accounts, advertising, purchases or cash rewards.
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the DP Boss quiz application (“DP Boss Quiz” or the “app”). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. These terms cover the quiz app; separate website terms apply to other services on dpbossattaa.com.
2. Using the quiz
You may use the app for personal learning and entertainment. Follow the instructions displayed with each quiz and select your answers using the app’s normal controls. The app does not require registration or payment to answer questions. Quiz outcomes are for the quiz experience and do not create an entitlement to money or a prize.
3. Eligibility
You must meet the age requirements stated in the app’s store listing and the requirements applicable where you use the app. If you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission under applicable law, obtain it before using the app.
4. Fair and acceptable use
- Use the app lawfully and do not interfere with its operation.
- Do not exploit bugs, bypass security controls or distribute harmful software.
- Do not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit the app or its question sets without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
- Send support messages that are relevant, respectful and accurate.
5. Questions, answers and availability
Quiz content is provided for general learning and entertainment. Although we aim for useful and accurate questions, mistakes or outdated answers may occur. Quiz content is not professional advice or an official qualification. You can report an incorrect question through Contact & Support.
We may correct questions, update the app or change its availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that local quiz information will survive clearing storage, uninstalling the app or changing devices.
6. Intellectual property
The app’s software, branding and content belong to their respective owners or licensors. These terms give you permission to use the app for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of that material.
7. Privacy and data controls
Our Privacy Policy explains quiz information, website access logs and information voluntarily sent to support. There is no quiz account to close. You can remove local app data and request deletion of support correspondence using the steps on our Data Deletion page.
8. Stopping use and limitations
You can stop using the app at any time and clear its storage or uninstall it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available and we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on an incorrect quiz answer or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Updates and questions
We may update these terms as the quiz changes. The current version and revision date will be available here. Any dispute remains subject to applicable law and your non-waivable rights.
